About the Farm

With a 37 acre corn maze, pumpkins, hayride, exotic animals, petting zoo and many other children’s activities. The Farm at Court Manor is a fall weekend destination with fun for all ages.

Standard admission is $10 per person and $12 per person including the pay area in the historic Round Barn. Children 2 and under are free.

🏷️ TAG a friend to coordinate a play date to this ultimate fall fun venue! 📍The Farm at Court Manor (New Market, VA) We discovered this place by pure happenstance, and we cannot BELIEVE there isn’t more hype around it! 🛝🛝🛝 Things to Know: 🍁 The Farm is open Fri 3 – 8pm, Sat 10am – 8pm, Sun 1 – 6pm. 🍁 Admission is $10 (Basic) or $12 (Basic +) per person, ages 2 and under are free. 🎟️ Basic: corn maze, wagon rides, animals/petting zoo, FREE pre-picked pie pumpkin for kids ages 6 & under + pumpkin decorating, duck race, roller slide, cotton seed pit with diggers, sand tire, Connect 4, ring toss, Jenga 🎟️ Basic +: includes entry to the Round Barn (pedal cars, zip lines, giant slide, slack line, hay bale climbing) 🍁 U-pick pumpkin patch is OPEN! Prices are $3-9 per pumpkin or you can load a wheelbarrow for $35. Pre-picked pumpkins I’m all shapes, colors, varieties, and sizes are available, too. 🍁 The property is walkable (including with a stroller minus the corn maze, too bumpy), but the tractor will take you to the corn maze, Round Barn, or for a scenic loop to see more animals (long horns, alpacas). 🍁 The only food & drink available are cold bottled drinks and chips. 🍁 The seats are adjustable on the petal cars, but my 4 y/o still couldn’t reach the pedals. Smaller kids can ride in the 2 front seats (without pedals) of the 4-seater car, or the single seater is pretty light to push! 🍁 Exercise caution on the hay bales – there aren’t any safety rails. The tall slide in the Round Barn is HIGH! 👩🏼‍🌾👩🏼‍🌾👩🏼‍🌾 What’s your fall bucket list look like?
